As a basic policy for the protection of personal information, we have established a “Privacy Policy” to properly protect personal information. The purpose of using the information is to carry out business activities, and it is acquired within the minimum necessary scope. It will not be used for any other purposes.

Our company acquires personal information only within the minimum necessary scope to achieve business purposes.
We will identify and explicitly specify the purposes of use of personal information as much as possible and will use the information only within the scope of the stated, notified, or publicly announced purposes.
We will take appropriate preventive measures against leakage, unauthorized access, loss, alteration, etc., of personal information and manage the information securely.
We will respond appropriately to complaints and consultations about personal information through our personal information consultation desk.
We will regularly review our personal information protection management system and strive for continuous improvement.
If we are requested by the individual concerned or others to confirm, correct, or delete personal information, we will investigate and respond appropriately.

About Personal Information Subject to Disclosure: “Personal Information Subject to Disclosure” is defined in JIS Q15001:2006, section 3.4.4.1 as follows: “Personal information organized systematically to be searchable using a computer or systematically according to certain rules, making it easy to search for specific personal information. To request a disclosure, please contact the “Personal Information Inquiry Desk” mentioned previously. If you seek to be notified of the purpose of your personal information, its disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, cessation of use, erasure, and cessation of provision to third parties that our company holds, please fill in the necessary items on the prescribed form provided by our company and submit it.

4. Verification Process for Disclosure Requests

In processing your request, we will verify your identity. Depending on the case, we may require you to mail a copy of an official identification document for verification.

* For representatives making a request on behalf of someone else, a letter of attorney must be submitted for verification. When appointing a representative, copies of official identification documents for both the individual and the representative are required. We do not accept requests via telephone, email, fax, etc. Please submit your request in a way that provides a record of sending, such as registered mail.

* For minors or adult wards, we will verify the legal authority of the legal representative with appropriate documentation proving the legal authority.

5. Fees for Disclosure Requests

For requests for notification of the purpose of use and disclosure of personal information subject to disclosure, a fee of up to 1,000 yen will be charged. If it is clear that the cost will exceed this amount, we will contact you separately.
